How do I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation can be made:
- Online via the 'Modify/Cancel' reservation page
- By calling the customer hotline or branch at +974 4446 6019, +974 3303 0650, or +974 4446 6000
How much notice must I give to cancel a reservation?
- Luxury Cars: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
- Economy Cars: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
What is the charge to cancel a reservation?
For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to collect the vehicle on the pick-up date:
- Half day rent – for rental period up to 6 days.
- Full day rent – for rental period from 7 days and above.
- No Show Fee: 1 full day rent, deducted from the prepaid reservation.
How do I get my refund for a prepaid reservation?
Refunds will be available from 14 working days, less penalty and bank charges (currency exchange may apply) if cancellation is made after the cut-off time.

Modify Existing Booking
Modification is allowed even at the date and time of pick-up from the branch. However, car preparation may be delayed if the car type is changed, subject to availability.
We recommend modifications be made:
- Online via the 'Modify/Cancel' reservation page
- By calling the customer hotline or branch at +974 4446 6019, +974 3303 0650, or +974 4446 6000
Recommended modification timeline:
- Luxury Cars: 2 days prior to pick-up
- Economy Cars: 24 hours before pick-up
Any price difference due to changes in car type, date, rental period, or add-ons will be charged or refunded accordingly. Availability may need to be confirmed for different car types or extended rental periods.
Early Return Charge
Visiting the branch is mandatory for early returns. It is recommended to call the branch where the car was released.

Late Return Charge
We may impose a Late Return Charge if the car is not returned at the expected time to compensate for costs related to arranging alternative vehicles and administrative efforts.
- Up to 2 hours: Free of charge (2-hour grace period).
- 2-6 hours after grace period: Half day rent charge as per Rental Agreement rate.
- After 6 hours & above: Full day charge as per Rental Agreement rate.
