The client should be over 21 years old and held a valid driving license for over six months.
2. Driving Licenses:
Valid Qatari driving licenses for Qatar residents.
All Qatar visitors can drive on their National Driving License for 7 days from the date of arrival.
An International Driving License is valid for up to three months from the day of arrival.
The driving licenses of GCC are acceptable.
3. Guarantee:
An open, signed and valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
imprint as a guarantee to cover none payment of rental, traffic penalties and excess.
4. Payments:
Total rental charges should be made in advance by cash or valid credit card (Visa, Master, and Dinner) or local check.
5. Insurance:
Full comprehensive insurance.
Excess charges are according to the vehicle type.
All four wheel drives don’t have off road insurance.
Insurance does not cover damage to the wheels and the tires, caused by bad conditions of road, except in case, when the renter presents a written report certified by police about the accident. The vehicles cannot be driven on dirt roads. Insurance is not valid in case if the client found under the influence of alcohol or if any other illegal drugs have been found, as well as when the terms and conditions of the rental agreement are not observed. In this case, the renter is responsible for damages up to the full value of the vehicle.
6. Maintenance and repair:
Maintenance and repair of the vehicle is included in the rental charges and is accomplished by Strong rent a car. The rented vehicle can be replaced only in case of proved technical breakdown by fault of the renting company.
All visible damages on the vehicle must be documented at the time of renting.
7. Delivery/ Collection services:
The renter is supposed to return the vehicle at the same place where rented. If the rented vehicle is returned to another place, an additional fee will be applied. The delivery and collection of the vehicle to the client’s hotel are free of charge, Delivery to locations outside the capital city will be charged based on distance.
8. Cross Border Policy:
Not permitted to drive out the bordering of Qatar.
9. Rates and rental conditions are subject to change without prior notice:
The rental charges are subject to change increase or decrease according to market variables such events and International ceremonies.
